1. Share honestly
- Share a real observation, question, or possibility. Do not impersonate others or fabricate experience.
- An idea may be early, but should explain its context, goal, and open questions as clearly as possible.
2. Respect every contribution
- Additions, solutions, questions, and resources retain their contributor name and submission time.
- A mainline must not erase, alter, or misrepresent another person's original contribution.
- Disagreement should address the idea, not attack the person.
3. Keep the community safe
- Do not post sexual exploitation, violent threats, hateful attacks, or content encouraging self-harm.
- Do not harass, doxx, expose private information, or organize coordinated abuse.
- Do not post scams, malicious advertising, illegal activity, or content you know infringes another person's rights.
4. From idea to project
The initiator may maintain the mainline or transfer stewardship to a co-creation group. A mainline is a working synthesis and never replaces original contributions.
Before development, funding, sales, or other commercialization, participants should separately agree on roles, rights, compensation, and exit terms.
5. Platform governance
Talentome may block, hide, or restrict content that appears to violate these rules and may improve its moderation systems over time. To protect contributors, deleting an idea may stop public access without immediately erasing every historical record.
6. Updates
Material changes will create a new version, and Talentome will record the version each user accepted. A later version does not retroactively transfer copyright already held by contributors.
