Content License Rules

Version 1.0 · Effective July 23, 2026

These rules explain who owns posted content, what Talentome may do with it, and what collaborators should agree before commercialization.

1. You keep your copyright

You retain copyright in the text, images, and other original expression you create. Posting on Talentome does not transfer that copyright to the platform or automatically transfer it to other collaborators.

2. The limited license you give Talentome

To operate Talentome, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, format, translate, and distribute content you post, including reasonable excerpts with attribution and a source link when introducing Talentome.

This license is limited to platform operation, accessibility, safety review, and reasonable promotion. Selling your content separately, licensing it to third parties, or using it in an off-platform commercial project requires your additional consent.

3. You are responsible for what you post

  • Content must be your original work or content you are authorized to share.
  • Do not disclose confidential information, personal data, or protected work without permission.
  • Consider professional advice before disclosing potentially patentable details; public disclosure may affect patent rights in some jurisdictions.

4. Ownership in co-creation

Each contributor generally retains copyright in their own expression. Liking, commenting, building on an idea, or inclusion in a mainline does not by itself transfer copyright.

The selection and arrangement of a mainline may create new expression, but it must not erase the source of included contributions.

5. Commercialization requires a separate agreement

Before an idea becomes a commercial project, participants should use a written agreement covering intellectual property, attribution, compensation, responsibilities, and exit terms. Talentome's contribution record may provide factual context, but it is not a substitute for that agreement.

6. Deletion and removal from public view

You may stop public access to an idea you initiated. Talentome may retain restricted backups or audit records for a necessary period to preserve contribution history, resolve disputes, and meet safety obligations, but deleted content will not remain publicly displayed.

7. Infringement concerns

If you believe content on Talentome infringes your rights, provide the content URL, evidence of your rights, and contact information. Talentome will review the report and may restrict or remove the content.
